Adam Rack

Co-Founder & Sustainability Steward│Revino

Adam Rack, Founder and COO of Revino, leverages his extensive experience in the wine industry, rooted in sustainability-driven practices, to propel the company's mission forward. Adam's passion for environmental responsibility was cultivated early on, influenced by his family's farm and was reinforced by his time in Colorado. Following his degree from Kansas State University, he settled in Milwaukie, Oregon, where he found his calling in the wine industry, particularly drawn to its connection between land and consumer. Joining Coopers Hall Winery in 2015, Adam's innovative spirit led him to leadership, where he expanded the visibility of keg wines and pioneered refillable packaging. Amidst the pandemic, Adam's resourcefulness flourished as he expanded Revino's refillable offerings, culminating in the launch of the country's first refillable-only wine club, showcasing his commitment to sustainability and business acumen.
